This is a personal web page of Srinivasa Rao Vaddiraju. He graduated with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. Srinivasa's interests are in the fields of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, CFD, FEA, CAD/CAM, Extrusion Die Design, Injection molding and Computerised Data Aquisition. He has been excellent throughout his endeavors and is considered a diligent, hardworking and intelligent student. He would like to be creative and he feels enthusiastic to learn new technologies. He worked as Applications Engineer at EPS Flotek, National sales, support and distribution center for Moldex 3D software, for some time. Currently, he is currently working as Process Modeling Engineer at Corning Inc. See Resume for more information. During the course of his graduate study, Srinivasa has worked as Research Assistant and was extensively involved in research on Polymer extrusion simulation and Die design and have a few publications in prestigious journals and conferences (listed below in detail). He worked actively for the design and fabrication of Integrated Laboratory Station. He also worked as Teaching Assistant for the courses Experimental Methods in Mechanical Engineering, Heat Transfer and Fluid Mechanics. He served as a treasurer and graduate mentor of ASME student chapter at NIU and is a member of SPE and ASEE. A keen observer and an excellent communicator, Srinivasa has been engaged in high quality education and practical application. A soft spoken Srinivasa has grown in leaps and bounds since his bachelors to become a professional Mechanical Engineer with the best of skills. Publications/Conferences
